Made peach pie over the weekend. Was craving for pie and watched French Food At Home as well as Rachel Allen Bake! so I was tv pressured into baking.
I've always used the same recipe for my You Can't Go Wrong Apple Pie. This is the best crust recipe that I've used for as long as I baked and today, instead of Granny Smiths, i decided to use a can of near expiry peaches!
It was plump, juicy, sweet and tangy. The extra crust was made into Little Men, but my Mommy accidentally burnt them all in the oven because she was too busy eating her Pork Noodle!
Poor,poor, little men!!! *sobs*
